TPU holds up better than the traditional urethane used to make these seals.  These are affordable, upgraded seals.

Durability and Wear Resistance

• TPU’s phase-separated hard/soft segment structure creates physical cross-links that enhance elasticity and load-bearing capacity, while the soft segments resist abrasion and impact.

• This combination gives TPU superior abrasion, puncture, and impact resistance compared to many urethane elastomers, especially in dynamic or high-stress environments.
