Here is a complete aftermarket kit to re-seal your 1999-2004 Ford 7.3 Liter engine fuel bowl and fuel lines that connect to the bowl.
This Professor Foam kit includes 11 Viton O rings
(either Black or Brown - because color is not the way to tell the difference in the makeup of the o ring)
and 4 Parker® Vibra-Loc Sleeves with Instructions included!
Here is what you will get in this kit:
1 O ring for each of the following areas:
Seal between fuel pressure relief and fuel bowl
The large water in fuel/heater electrical connection
The small water in fuel/heater electrical connection
The fuel pressure regulator piston sleeve
The fuel drain valve stem (located in fuel drain bag)
The check valve tower to fuel bowl
check valve seat
And 2 O rings for:
For the bowl plugs & fuel drain valve petcock
2- Parker® 60vlv-4 Vibra-loc fuel sleeves for lines to cylinder ports
1- Parker® 60vlv-5 Vibra-loc fuel sleeve for return fuel line
1- Parker® 60vlv-6 Vibra-loc fuel sleeve for fuel inlet line
The O-rings will have a detailed instructions and ID chart for easy assembly.
